Set within 100 metres of Livadi Beach and 17 km of Serifos Old Mines, Akti Rooms And Studios offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Livadion. Our host was the sweetest. We had apricots from his tree and homemade sweets. The room was quaint and quiet and couldn’t have been in a better location. We walked across to the beach and had amazing restaurants and bars on either side of us. I absolutely recommend this little gem if you are looking for a cozy, affordable, and local experience.

It's a family business, everyone is so nice, social, offering help.... i loved the place, it's like in the photos, front/access to the beach livadakia, clean house with a kitchen and tools. The location is incredible, the harbour is just 5 minutes walking, it's safe. Locals are nice, joyful with a good energy. The food in the hotel restaurant is incredible, try their omelette, crepes and burger. I will definitely come again. I recommand it. They also offered me a ride from/to the harbour when i came/went. Thank you so much for everything.

Featuring garden views, Helios Serifos offers accommodation with balcony, around 200 metres from Livadakia Beach. Small climb up the hill to the hotel. Got a little confused about what super market to use going up the hill when we arrived but figured it out and had a very nice stay.

Situated in Serifos Chora, the recently renovated SELANA Suites Chora offers accommodation 2 km from Livadi Beach and 11 km from Serifos Old Mines. All good-liked the little kitchen ! Frying pan would be an asset!! Quiet!

Modern ground floor apartment with a nice terrace. The owner had upgraded us to a one bedroom instead of a studio. Great location just a 10 minute walk to the port where there are bars/ cafes and supermarkets. Nice beach just a few minutes walk. Owner was really pleasant and helpful, even sorting car hire for the day!
