Located within 5 km of Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and 17 km of Sekupang International Ferry Terminal, XTen Guest House near Harbour Bay Batam provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... Stayed at the guesthouse that really surprised me. It wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside, it was a gem. The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer. The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.

Excellent sized room for a small family, say with two young kids. Has a reasonable living room and 4-seater dining table. No kitchen but kettle and fridge. Only one bathroom. Modern, bright and smart TV are all pluses. The location is walking distance to a market, lots of coffeeshops, massage places, big food court and two malls.

Very satistied to stay here..the host so understanding..let us leave ours bag at homestay for a while after check out. The room so big even for 6 pax..will repeat this homestay if i come to Batam again..
