The facility was very clean and thoughtfully decorated with original pieces of art and live plants in every room. In addition to the main guesthouse, which has three guest rooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, the property also includes an outdoor sauna and hot tub, and a large additional building with laundry facilities, additional showers, and a spacious recreation room with a pool table and games. There is also two self-contained modern cabins and a campground on the property. The guesthouse is surrounded by nature and just minutes from the largest national forest in Iceland and ten minutes from the famous Hengifoss waterfall. Everything about this guesthouse was above and beyond our expectations. But we will particularly remember Elsa's kindness and thoughtfulness!
