A recently renovated guest house set in Birkimelur, Strönd Guesthouse features barbecue facilities. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, modern & well maintained. Lovely products with shampoo (& conditioner👌). The housekeeper was lovely & very good at her job, we’re big coffee drinkers & she happily accommodated us. We were never cold thanks to the underfloor heating. Shared kitchen was spotless with everything you would require & a dishwasher for guests. Washing machine & dryer facilities free for guests which was a big bonus for us! We also saw the northern lights right outside our room! Cannot recommend Strönd enough we honestly loved our stay, thank you!!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Bíldudalur, The Guesthouse at Dynjandi Falls is a guest house surrounded by views of the sea. The place was beautiful. The house is in the middle of the fjord right in front of the ocean and you have plenty of areas to explore and walk around. Greg, the owner, was kind and informative and the house was extremely clean!
