A recently renovated property, Plaza de petra is situated in Wadi Musa near Petra, College of Archaeology, Tourism and Hotel Management. And Obelisk Tomb. The manager was very kind and made us feel at home. The location was great for local restaurants. It is up a slight winding hill and away from more tourist restaurants but close enough to walk to the Petra visitor entrance. Or Taxis are everywhere.

Everything you need and more. Also recommend signing up to the home-cooked dinner and (huge) packed lunch for a day in Petra. Good WiFi and easy parking on the street outside. Saddam was a great host, would definitely stay again :)

Későn érkeztünk, de nagyon rendes volt, mert Petra városáról még ilyen későn is, egy kis előadást tartott, hogy mikor induljunk, milyen útvonalon, mit érdemes megnézni, stb... Kis zacskóba kaptunk élelmet a Petrai kirándulástra.

We also had dinner there one night, which was delicious, and we're invited many times for tea and snacks. Comfortable room, good value for money. Very close to Petra entrance, 2 minutes by car.

A great stay, they allowed to drop our bags off early. They gave us great advice for Petra including driving us to Little Petra for an agreed price. This is so its just a one way walk through petra and not walking in and back again. They also got us in touch with Mohammed +962795798755 who helped us book various transfers throughout jordan, and through mohammed we got the contact of Al Naimat Limousine services +962799908889 who provided us with fantastic service for a taxi ride from the dead sea to Petra. I even forgot my airpods in their taxi and they returned it to me the next day which was amazing.
