He was so welcoming and caring, taking us to a gems shop and patiently waiting while we explored, helping us find perfect jackets, bringing us to amazing local restaurants, and showing us around Nuwara Eliya. The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home. We had a lovely welcome to this place with tasty and well needed welcome drinks after a long travel day. The kind owners made our stay very smooth, gave us great tips, arranged a scooter for us and they were always available through Whatsapp if we had any questions. The room itself is comfortable and very clean, felt like a Europe standard room. The amazing hot shower and water pressure is worth mentioning, best I ever had in Sri Lanka! We ate both breakfast & dinner here and all food was very delicious, no need to go searching for restaurants from far. We explored the beautiful area & Maskeliya from here by scooter, was definitely one of my favorite stays!
