Located perfectly in a very quiet neighborhood, this place has everything you can need for a perfect vacation. The room with private shower is very nice. And most importantly, Steven is such a wonderful and helpful host. He made sure we have the best vacation in Melaka and even dropped us at bus station in the end. Special thanks for that :)

The room is very clean and homely decorated. The owner is kind and helpful. She allowed me to check in before the regular check in hour. There are grocery store, restaurants, fruit stand, and laundry facility (using coin) within 10 minutes walking. There is a small communal kitchen on the first floor equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, water filter, and some utensils. That is very convenient.

Maria is an amazing host! She is super kind, gives you a lot of information about what to do, and the guesthouse is super super clean! The bed was comfortable, the room big, the a/c worked really well and you have access to free water/coffee/tea. The location is perfect! It's in a quiet street at 5 minutes' walking distance of jonker street. You can even wash some clothes and hang them at the balcony. She has every very well organized and it felt like home. Definitely recommend staying here. She is wonderful and her husband is also very kind! I was waiting for my Grab, but first he was stuck in traffic (weekend), and after he got out of the traffic jam, he went north instead of south. I was going to miss my bus and therefore her husband offered me a ride. I still missed the bus, unfortunately, but it was super kind of him, and I really appreciated it!

My family had an amazing time at this villa. It was super private and secure, which we loved. The villa itself was really comfy and clean, just like home, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. Place was SPICK AND SPAN. Almost everything was well maintained. House was cosy with simple and elegant decor. All 4 rooms came with an en suite, and each en suite came with glass panel separating the shower and toilet. Master bedroom even came with a changing area and sofa bed. Kitchen came with a full size clean working fridge. Host was responsive and accommodating. My in-laws were super impressed with the place and everyone asked for the link to the property. 10/10 place.
