The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!

The location was an excellent base to explore the beautiful Otago Pennisula (we did not want to go to Dunedin city at all as we had already explored it prior). A self contained modern, spotless studio with a lovely view, comfortable bed and linens and excellent hosts. Dallas hit the mark with her hosting duties; not intrusive but there if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this property.

It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Included a beautiful sounding tui in the garden, which was an added bonus.

Nastanitev The Fern & Thistle Luxury Accommodation- Drinks, Hotpool, Sauna se nahaja v mestu Balclutha in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso, pogled na vrt ter dostop do savne in vroče kopeli. The sauna was amazing, reached 90 degrees, was amazing. Outdoor shower. The bed was incredible comfortable. The decoration of the rooms and how it was all set up, felt like home right away! Dogs that greeted us on arrival. Owners super friendly.
