We loved having access to snorkels and paddleboards, which allowed us to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. It was a blissful experience that we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this paradise to anyone seeking relaxation and adventure in a breathtaking setting.

Located in Bocas del Toro in the Isla Colon region, J and H Garden Cabinas features a terrace and garden views. This homestay provides accommodation with a balcony. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Carenero Beach is a few steps away. Ely is super helpful and nice, the property is in the middle of the island so gives you privacy and is very quiet and good for relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need, I just cooked my breakfast there but pretty sure you can cook your daily 3-5 meals. The terrace space is beautiful for reading, chill and to see the new year fireworks :)

Really nice locally owned hostel right by the water :) great chill out area and my stay was made even better by the amazing volunteers who were so amazing and nice!! The hostel is clean and tidy, shared dorm has big lockers and private rooms were very spacious. The Zapatilla tour I booked through the hostel was super fun, we even got to go fishing and caught barracudas. I had a very memorable time in Bastimentos because of this hostel and would highly recommend it to everyone :)
