Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 50 meters from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water. It is centrally located. Easy to schedule diving, e-bikes and tours. The family and staff couldn't be sweeter.

Situated within 1.7 km of Y Griega Beach in Bocas del Toro, Villa Bahia Del Sol features accommodation with seating area. The property has sea and mountain views, and is 400 metres from Istmito. My daughter and I stayed in the king suite with view of the water. Other reviews said the room was hot but we were actually cold and used a blanket due to the water breeze and fan. The room also had an outdoor shower and hot tub. David was an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Located in Bocas del Toro in the Isla Colon region, J and H Garden Cabinas features a terrace and garden views. This homestay provides accommodation with a balcony. Ely is super helpful and nice, the property is in the middle of the island so gives you privacy and is very quiet and good for relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need, I just cooked my breakfast there but pretty sure you can cook your daily 3-5 meals. The terrace space is beautiful for reading, chill and to see the new year fireworks :)

El Paso de Almirante is situated in Almirante and offers a shared lounge. The property has city and inner courtyard views. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. We booked last minute after we missed the last boat to Bocas Town. The room was comfortable and clean. Good AC.

Hostal Café Axi is a recently renovated guest house in Almirante, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Excellent stop for arriving late in Almirante when the boats stop running to Isla Colon Axel is a great guy and professional musician

Set within 1.1 km of Istmito and 2.6 km of Y Griega Beach, Pineapple House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bocas del Toro. Exactly what I was looking for. Pineapple House Bocas is perfect for couples who want to explore Bocas and the surrounding islands without sacrificing comfort. Mabel manages the property exceptionally and attended to our every need. We already booked again for next year.

Featuring a shared lounge, REFF HOTEL is located in Bocas del Toro. It is set 1.4 km from Istmito and provides a housekeeping service. The location was good and the staff was really friendly. The value was very good for the price.
