Dina and Mario were super nice. They made us breakfast and gave us a tour to Cocalmayo Hot Springs and Vertikal Ziplining across the valley. It was epic! Super nice people. I am coming back for sure.

We were even able to leave our big bags with them when we were doing the Inca Trail which we are very grateful for. Can highly recommend & would come back if returning to Cusco! ☺️

Angela was very helpful, friendly and responsive. She helped book my taxi to and from the airport, provided laundry service, ordered food to the house, and was able to give me a small breakfast to go when I left early for a tour. The room was small but comfortable and clean. And the views were amazing! The location about 10 minutes walk to the square and is high up on a hill - good location if you don't mind walking uphill to get home. It is difficult to get Ubers or taxis to go there as it is located on a very small road. Angela can provide assistance to instructing drivers which makes it easier.

The facilities were immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and supportive environment. Marco and Salome helped us with everything, from ordering food to offering medical support when one of my friends fell ill. They personally drove him to the hospital and provided necessary medicines. The breakfast was fantastic, although we only had it during 2 days because our tours were departing very early. Coke tea and hot water was always available with a variety of delicious options to start our day. Their kindness and prompt assistance with any request made our experience unforgettable. We stayed for 6 nights and it was great! Room is big and very clean! Nice warm water and the bed is comfortable. The owner is very friendly and wants to help with all the things that you are planning to do near Cusco. Only 15 min walk to the city center.
