Very good accommodation close to the airport and good for transit Tahiti. Tahia was very nice to us and gave us ideas about what to do with our time there. The attention to details were top notch.

She provided me with great ideas and suggestions, i.e. the photo below was taken at her suggested ‘place to go for great sunsets’ (and cocktails!). She even offered to take me to the airport. I’d suggest renting her car, as the accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill, not within walking distance to restaurants.

Ingrid was amazing - our flight into Tahiti was delayed by 3 hours and she was attentive to the schedule to be able to come and pick us up that night, and then took us back in the middle of the night to have enough time to check in for our flight out at 3 am. The room was very homey and clean, and the perfect place to stop! Ingrid also gave us some local food recommendations and had tea, coffee, cold water, and fresh fruit stocked for us in the room, which was great after a long day of travel.

Situé à Teahupoo, l’établissement Vanira Lodge possède une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et un restaurant. This place is AMAZING. We stayed in Vai Iti, which had an uninterrupted view of the sea and it was not visible by anyone; we had COMPLETE privacy and our own jacuzzi and hammock. The property is nestled up in the jungle and we were able to enjoy all the sounds of nature and no people sounds at all. (Due to the remote location, make sure you get a car!) All this combined with the extremely reasonable price and I would 110% stay here again.
