Easy to find and about a 15 mins walk from the train station. Close to the beach and numerous shops. The room was small but comfy and sufficient, had a fridge and tea / coffee, clean bathroom and good WiFi. The staff was really friendly. I would def stay here again.

The location and facilities were very good. It's a new building, so there were some issues like small leakages, lack of functionality etc.
