It is convenient and close to downtown and the markets, and it is quiet enough as the rooms have double pane glass and are in the back of the property. One of the biggest pluses is that they offer a FREE breakfast which is delicious and substantial. I don't know of any other property on Booking.com that gives a free breakfast. But the biggest reason to stay at Baan Jaru is it is a family-run business and the son, Toddy, studied in the UK for many years so he speaks fluent English, is very knowledgeable about the local areas and tourist spots in Chiang Rai, and knows what true guest services should be like. He is the main reason that they are so successful. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't change their room prices in the off or on-season because they have a high-quality product/service. I very highly recommend staying at the Baan Jaru if you visit Chiang Rai. I was 110% satisfied with my stay at Baan Jaru!

Set within 3.1 km of Wat Pra Sing and 3.2 km of Statue of King Mengrai, Benja369 บ้านเบญจา provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ban Fang Min. The breakfast was great. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming, it really felt like I was visiting my own aunt and uncle. The room was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at the Romani Villa for a few rest days after Bangkok and travelling for several weeks. We could not have picked a better spot - the location was so serene and quiet, set in a lush manicured garden. The cabin/villas are thoughtfully designed and the hosts are just so friendly. Great restaurants nearby and easy to get to by bike. Highly recommend

The property is very close to the border. The owner was so kind and welcoming, they picked us up from the bus in town and then the next morning offered to drive us to the border.

Everything is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is great and the garden is great for relaxing!

Baan Pordeedin er staðsett í innan við 600 metra fjarlægð frá styttunni af Mengrai konungi og 1,1 km frá kvöldmarkaðnum í Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street í Chiang Rai. Outstanding service, always courteous and nice.

Bambuh Boutique Homestay er staðsett í innan við 8,7 km fjarlægð frá Mae Fah Luang-háskólanum og 13 km frá Wat Pra Sing. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Ban Den. Beautiful gardens/rooms. Very peaceful but close to everything. Owners went above and beyond when we had to get to airport because driver from Booking.com failed to show (see my complaint!) Food was exceptional. Wish we could have stayed longer…

The 5ive Homestay er nýlega enduruppgerð heimagisting í Chiang Rai og er með sameiginlega setustofu. Heimagistingin býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis bílastæði. Great value!! My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the ac was sooo silent and efficient, the shower has good pressure and you can control the water temperature easily, plus the location is near the bus terminal, the night market, restaurants and grocery stores. Cannot recommend it more and would definitely be back!!
