Set in Phetchaburi and only 1.7 km from Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park, A Plus Hometel - บ้านเอ๋ โฮมเทล offers accommodation with river views, free WiFi and free private parking. The owner and his wife and daughter were as helpful and friendly as it was possible to be and went out of their way to provide an excellent breakfast and advice on local sightseeing. I was even given a free cooking lesson on Thai food. I would highly recommend this place. The town is also well worth the visit. I'll be back...

The plase is great in general, there is a common area to eat and chill. The guesthouse is about 20 minutes away (walking) from both train and minivan station. It is very near to Wat Mohathat Worawihan (less than 5 min) and 20 min to Khao Wang. There are street foods around, guesthouse provides simple breakfast. Bicycle and motorcycle are available for rent. Despite being quite closed to the road, the place is considered quiet and peaceful. Room is spacious (I am staying in a single room) and it is a wooden house, which you may need to avoid making loud noise especially during the night. I could sleep well and the other visitors who are staying there are quiet enough for me to have a peaceful night of sleep. Shared bathrooms and toilets are clean, however, there is no flush toilet. There are bucket of water in the toilet for after use. The lady who welcome me at the guesthouse named Pin, she can speaks basic English and is very helpful.

It was my best experience in Thailand. Peace. Away from crowds and traffic. Comfortable and very well furnished villa. We could see sunset and moon rise from our bed. I have 3 kids. After I put them sleep I went to the beach to spend quite time by myself. If I will return to Thai one day I will definitely choose this place. ❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoyed my stay there. The owner is a lovely lady who will treat you like family. Everyone at the Home Jano are absolute stars- kind, helpful, always making sure you have a lovely stay. I will certainly go back there again. Also that side of Cha-am is much better that Cha-am beach area.

Cha Am Perfect býður upp á gistingu í Cha Am, 200 metra frá Cha Am-ströndinni, 2,5 km frá Cha-am-lestarstöðinni og 3,1 km frá Cha-am-skógargarðinum. I love pretty much everything about this little hotel.... It was my third or fourth time staying there. It's a little family run operation that's clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
