Excellent Service & Impeccable Cleanliness – Highly Recommended! After a terrible experience with bed bugs at another hotel the night before, we were understandably anxious when we arrived here. We called ahead and explained the situation, asking if they could please double-check and thoroughly clean the room for peace of mind. The staff was incredibly understanding and kind. Upon check-in, someone from the front desk personally walked with us to our room and went over everything together to ensure it was spotless and in perfect condition — and it truly was. The room was exceptionally clean, everything smelled fresh, and we felt completely safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the service exceeded all expectations. A big thank you to the staff for their professionalism and empathy. We would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!

Location was central - close to the main street, but it was not loud. Very clean, details-oriented owner (nice cosmetics etc.); free parking available at the property (but first comes, first served); Cuban coffee place downstairs for breakfast or lunch

Our 2nd visit, friendly staff and clean facilities our only choice to stay in Key West. Keep up the good work guys! Will see y'all again soon I hope.

Within walking distance of the beach, local attractions and activities, this Old Town Key West inn features on-site laundry facilities, comfortable guest rooms and an extended continental breakfast. Loved everything about it! It was steep in price, but so worth it.
