Nastanitev Mekong Farmstay CanTho - C.R Floating Market je v mestu Can Tho in nudi brezplačen WiFi, brezplačno izposojo koles, vrt ter teraso. We spent a few nights in Can Tho in one of Human's bungalo's, and had a magical experience here. Upon arrival we were seated in the open air dining room and immediately were served cold tea and warm conversation.  After settling in and catching our breath, we were given a tour of the "village" and put our things away in our room.  There are five seperate buildings here.  Each has a bathroom of its own, and although they are not fully enclosed, there is mosquito netting on the bed. Human and his family are a pleasure to spend time with.  We got up early to take a tour of the Cai Rang floating market.  At 630 am, we met Human in the dining room, hopped on the bicycles he provided, and rode about twenty minutes through the winding jungle streets to the river.  From there, we got on a boat, checked out the floating market, walked around another market in town (not floating), and then visited a rice noodle factory for a tour, which included a chance to get involved and perform part of the creative act ourselves!  Upon our return we relaxed for a while before dinner, which was prepared by Human's mother - a great cook!  We dined with some other guests and had a great time chatting with them.  We were also lucky enough to meet Human's son Bill,  who is about 15 I believe - a student, and very charming, pleasant young man.  I can't remember his proper name,  but his nickname Bill is in honor of Bill Clinton, who lifted the embargo against Vietnam in 1994.  How do I know that?  Because Human is a great storyteller and guide.  The buildings were designed and raised by Human his brother, who is an engineer who built the nearby Children's Hospital, which has five hundred beds and I believe is a point of pride on Human's part.

This was an amazing stay. Perfect for a little quiet away from the busy cities. They offer a great floating market tour and the home cooked meals were absolutely delicious.

I highly recommend it! The rooms are really clean and nice in a modest way and have everything you need. She will help organize anything you need and is very caring!

Nastanitev Experience Homestay je 8,2 km od znamenitosti Nakupovalno središče Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh in nudi vrt, teraso ter skupno kuhinjo. We had an incredible time staying at Experience Homestay. We were not familiar with the full wrap around experience and felt like vip guests. The dirst day of our arrival Jimmy came out to meet us in our grab and guide us to the property. The home is beautiful and the air con was on so that the room was lovely and cool on arrival. Our bedroom was huge and the ensuite was spacious. There are also two big balcony areas which were nice. We were introduced to Jimmys family and invited for a traditional Vietnamese home cooked dinner which was delicious, ( they even checked if we had any allergies - which we dont) . When we asked for tourist advice they gave us lots of suggestions. Jimmy is also an experienced (20 years plus ) tour guide in the Meekong so had lots of knowledge. Jimmy and his family even offerred us a tour based on the experiences that we wanted - which included a visit to the floating market and other markets. We also got to visit Cocoa farm, and other treats. The tours had additional costs but they were really reasonable. Jimmy and his family made us feel part of their family. We had an authentic experience of the Meekong that money couldn't buy - we will be back.
