She helped us with all our needs - to rent a motorbike, to book a boat tour for decent price. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing sea view. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

A 1,3 km da Bai Chay Beach, The Bay - Ha Long Homestay offre un giardino, una terrazza e alloggi climatizzati provvisti di balcone e WiFi gratuito. The Bay was a small and very cozy apartment with very beautifully designed-decorated rooms around a small cute courtyard. Its minimal environment was enriched by perfect details such as stairs and balconies becoming a green public garden with ivies, or the kitchen with all the complete wares for cooking, keeping and sharing food and drinks. smooth colours and well-chosen paintings on the walls create a nice and warm atmosphere where everything was very clean and well maintained. The Location was on the other side of the center of Ha Long. in Bai Chay, where there is a more local and scaled relationality rather than huge same buildings, homestay is very close for an easily reaching neighborhood life. And Tung, the host was very helpful about giving tips for visiting places, food and transportation around both the bay and the neighborhood. We had a motorbike rental and travel around easily. So, it became a very good stay enriching its price which we can highly recommend.

Despite not knowing much english you got the sense that the staff were really trying to make my experience enjoyable but unfortunately they were behind from the start. The traditional Vietam breakfast was superb. They arranged a trip back to Hanoi Airport at a very reasonable price for me which was very much appreciated. The location was not serviced by Grab so the owner personally drove me on his bike for a Night excursion cruise. That too was much appreciated.
