As a first-time visitor to Johannesburg, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelly, the host, was incredibly helpful and made everything easy from the moment I arrived – the service level is truly top-notch. The lodge itself is a large house on an estate, divided into beautifully appointed boutique-style rooms. The attention to detail is flawless, and everything is thoughtfully set up for both business and leisure travellers. I was there for work, and the space was perfectly suited – practical yet relaxing. The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was the sense of calm, and the sound of birds calling – some I’d never heard before. It genuinely made me smile. The cook prepared excellent hot meals that were the perfect comfort food after long days, and on weekends when the kitchen was closed, Kelly made sure food delivery was sorted without any fuss. It’s a short drive from the airport, and absolutely worth it. I can’t fault Wild Tree Lodge, and I’ll definitely be back on my next business trip from Brisbane.

We had a lovely stay here and wish we could stay longer. The room was very nice and equipped with everything what we needed. The property has a lot to offer (pool, gym, etc.) and it is located within a safe area. The lady we met at the check-in was helpful and really kind. We'll definitely come back for more days if we around Joburg again.

We had a wonderful stay at your property. The room was stunning, impeccably clean, and the high-quality bedding made the bed incredibly comfortable. Your thoughtful gesture of providing juice, chocolate, and coffee was a delightful surprise. The shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water, which was a real treat. The room was equipped with all the basic necessities, making our stay very convenient. Additionally, the location was perfect, with Sandton Mall just about 5 minutes away. Overall, we found it to be exceptional value for money.
