The prompt actions he has taken with sincere willingness, and follow up communication to ensure how things go, after a disappointment I have experienced at the beginning of my stay. He saved my stay there, that started off terribly. Also the manager Alexis is a friendly person that ensures guests are having a good time. My stay shifted from easy 1-2 rating to 6-7 thanks to how my issues were handled.

AustraliaGood location for a hostel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaners everyday to swap the bedsheet/ clean the room, pretty decent size, and good value of money - I paid about 700 for a double bed room with my partner, for about 8 days.

Even a couple beers and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise 😮. Great location, good for kids with pools, enclosed swimming, Ping pong, and basketball court in the precinct. Staff here were friendly and helpful, price was good, rooms were beautiful, beds were extremely comfy and big, pools were nice. Like a normal busy backpacker hostel, bedrooms are busy and not the cleanest, bunk beds aren't he most comfortable but okay. Kitchen is quite usable with some free fridge space.
