Sharp parts of tiles were falling from the floor, some tiles were missing. Rooms aren't well maintained and do not look like the pictures. Shower heater had exposed electrical cords which didn't felt very safe.

Pro: Excellent location in the center, very good WiFi in the room (not so outside), small lockers in the room, vents, friendly owners, good price. Con: kitchen is not available (only the fridge and microwave), cold shower, after 6PM not a single food store is open in 1km radius, no drinking water available.
