Everybody was giving me a feeling to be very welcome. The staff member always tried to address us by our first names and took care of your feelings. The manager helped me with a free lift to the airport and monument. The housekeeping crew did the best and took care that our rooms had a good temperature by the heat. The staff was awesome! The place is very clean and comfortable, there were some ear buds on the bed, I felt very welcomed and there was a lot of attention to details.
