New ZealandThis is a really neat and stylish hostel. Everything was constantly kept clean and tidy. Rooms were in great shape with modern equipment, comfortable and warm. The kitchen provides plenty of everything for cooking and food storage. There is also a coffee machine and tea for free use. This is the kind of place where you feel like home right from the beginning. It's just beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. During 8 months of travels this was the best hostel we stayed at, and we would come back to the place at any time.

ItalyClose to the city center (8 min on foot). Confortable beds, clean bathrooms. What really stands out are the common rooms, kitchens and cozy atmosphere. Coffee and tea are available all day. Totally recommended.

Location is super central, close by to Puerto Varas downtown, with a huge supermarket just around the corner. Staff is super friendly, providing already prepared and structured information on what to do in and around Puerto Varas. Shared bathrooms were always spotless. Communal kitchen is fully equipped. Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊).
