It felt like a hotel and our room was cleaned every day which was so lovely. We also did the fruit tasting and cocktail making class during our stay which was so good and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Medellin. Great location near to all the tour pick ups and loads of nice restaurants close by to choose from. The facilities were great, we had laundry delivered back to our room the morning after we put it in. There was lots of information about different tours, which were all easy to book at the travel counter. The room was massive, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing.
