BelgiumWe were unsure how will our stay be like, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom spotless, and everything was very calm. The manager helped us with the check-in and we had no problems. Good value.

AustraliaGreat contactless check-in with clear instructions on the door. Building is fresh with a modern interior. Well equipped kitchen in the common area. Also good facilities in the room, we had the double room with a private bathroom.
Secure bike room for our touring bikes with a floor pump and some useful bike tools thoughtfully provided. The digital lock on the bike room door was giving a low battery warning when we arrived. We reported it, and the battery was replaced the same evening (within an hour).

If you don't mind that, this is a perfect accommodation. Included is a breakfast, which was basic but good. It sits in city centre on a ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.
