Oxford Road and the Uni are a short walk, too. Staff were very helpful and were always around. The room was nice, and the bed was firm but comfortable. It's a pretty great spot if you're after cheap and cheerful accommodation in Manchester. Toilet was a box your knees touched the door. We went to watch a concert and was charged £180 just because coldplay was in town any other time the rooms are £45.
