Very lovely receptionists, super helpful with helping us booking taxis to places (e.g. the bus station), sorting out cheap laundry, and just very approachable and friendly! Rooms are spacious with a TV which is great for linking up our laptops to watch Netflix/Disney+ using the HDMI cable! WiFi was great and bed and pillows were really comfy! They were not only friendly but also caring. As a solo girl traveler, I felt very safe and like at home. The common area is very comfy and cozy, we watched movies, played games and overall had a lot of fun. The food was very tasty, and you will have enough options.
