Very lovely receptionists, super helpful with helping us booking taxis to places (e.g. the bus station), sorting out cheap laundry, and just very approachable and friendly! Rooms are spacious with a TV which is great for linking up our laptops to watch Netflix/Disney+ using the HDMI cable! WiFi was great and bed and pillows were really comfy! As a solo girl traveler, I felt very safe and like at home. The common area is very comfy and cozy, we watched movies, played games and overall had a lot of fun. The food was very tasty, and you will have enough options. The room and bed were clean and pretty well designed. You can always meet new people and make some new friends.
