this area is near the train station, very convenient! it is located near a university so there are many food stores that close really late at night (like 1am or later). check in and check out was seamless + no cards are needed. the room is small but you get what you pay for :) and it is quite clean and minimalistic

This is my 2nd time stayed here because the location really close to Myeongdong station and night market. Beside that, the house is really clean and the owner and people there also so friendly. Btw, I love the fried garlic bread on today's breakfast~ that's so deliciousss, that the best fried garlic bread that I found in Korea so far :D

We booked two double rooms which were with a nice private bathroom with shower. The location was absolutely great. Just 5 minutes away from the metro station Sinchon where line 2 stops. One metro stop away from the centrum of Hongdae. staff is an amazing host. He helped us a lot informations when we arrived. He was also very present by simply wishing us good night and helping us by giving directions to some attractions. So we certainly recommend you to stay here to have an amazing time in Seoul

Breakfast was okay as I don't normally have breakfast unless they offer Korean traditional breakfast :-) and I don't eat cereal. The location of the property is great as walking distance to most of the places. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property.
