Hosts are amazing and accommodating, bed super comfortable and wifi works perfect. Highly highly recommend.

Aral Hostel provides free WiFi and rooms with air conditioning in Berat. The hostel features a shared lounge. At the hostel, each room has a wardrobe. I liked everything. Clean bed, clean toilet. Quiet at night. Two towels were provided for free. Small shampoo were also provided. There is a refrigerator in the room. Exceptional. feel like I stayed in a hotel. The host was very kind. Less than 5minutes from bus station. I really satisfied about my stay. Highly recommended

Aia ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega hostel Leon asub Beratis. Külalised saavad nautida aiavaateid. Jagatud vannitoas on dušš, föön ja sussid. It is a great place if you need to rest and recharge. It's a one-room (4-bed) hostel so not a social atmosphere but I didn't really want that so it suited me well. Everything was new and so comfortable. Nice sheets, pillows and a new mattresses. The AC was great and the place was decorated with a lot of love, in a very cute way with Berat touches everywhere. You can tell someone put effort into how it looks! It felt like being at home since they offer small extra things like fresh towels and tea and coffee to have whenever you want - even a little sweet treat left on the bed for you. I also was able to check in early which was really nice of them.

Great to see the mountains around. Absolutely clean and spacious. You have a swimming pool to cool your heels, just in case.. Don't miss the breakfast in the morning. Baza Hostel is your best bet in Berat

Maya hostel is everything you expect from a hostel when traveling, Miri the owner is really nice (even dropped me at the bus station at the end of my stay), he'll be an asset in your stay in Berat. The place is a traditional ottoman house and is kept spotless. The terrace is giving you an amazing view on the castle and the hill it is on. We even got to make a fire and grill some sausages on it. Every bed's got large curtains allowing you to have some privacy in the dorms and all the rooms are equipped with AC. Part of the staff are travellers staying in for a month or more so you'll have a family vibe arriving, everyone knows each other or will do very soon. Big recommandation on the Wine tour offered by the place, 30 quids for visiting a beautiful winery working with local grapes. Careful Albanians are a fun bunch and very generous. You will end up with more wine and raki in front of you than expected. Eating before is mandatory even if cheese, fruits and various snacks will be served during the evening. Aside Berat being a really cute place, it is the hostel and its staff that made me stay longer in the region. Thanks guys, I'll be seeing you here or further down the road.

Newly built hostel, clean rooms and bathroom, I was alone in the room. Smooth communication with the host. Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood near the old town.
