Very pleasant to be in and so so quiet. Shared spaces are cozy, plenty of books available in many languages. Beds are very sturdy, so neighbors don't bother you at all when coming up and down. Classy striped satin bedsheets, comfortable beds, I had the perfect sleep. Rooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean. Will visit again with pleasure.

Compared to another hostel, I am happy to spend with cheaper price and including breakfast. I knew the organization, Hostelling International. I think this hostel belongs to this, and the staffs are polite and all facilities keep clean.

Located 500 metres from the Vienna’s Reumannplatz square with metro, bus and tram connections, A&T Hotel & Hostel offers free WiFi in all areas and a buffet breakfast each morning. First impression, we had the check-in at 15h but the staff was really nice and let us go to the room earlier, with no extra payment, because we arrived to Viena at 9h, tired from our trip. Plus, they offered us the breakfast for that morning, no charging any money for it!! So kind! During the stay when we were hanging out at the entrance lobby, they offered us little snacks that were remaining from the breakfast. Gentle gestures. Also, my friend wake up not feeling so well from sickness, and went down to grab a coffee at the coffee machine, and as he didn’t have coins, the staff offered him the coffee and some snacks as well for him to feel better! About the rooms, they have bathroom inside, not outside, which is great, so we don’t catch cold or anything, and we are not exposed while going to the room. Breakfast is pretty ok and areas are comfy! I’ve never been in a hostel with such a nice price/quality service! Amazing! I really recommend.

This Viennese hostel is located at the Naschmarkt within a 5-minute walk from the U4 metro stop Kettenbrückengasse. It is a bit on the pricier side compared to other hostels I was staying, but it is also by far the best hostel I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and polite. Always willing to help with a smile on their face. I had luck to witness a small Greek music concert they organized and it was an amazing experience. 😊 They have laundry room which is quite convenient for longer travels so you can refresh your clothes. They also have a small bar if you prefer not to sleep early. The common area is very clean and beautiful with a lot of comfortable places to sit and relax with a cup of their delicious coffee. This will definitely be my place to stay the next time I am in Vienna.
