The staff were really accomodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable and stable (no waking up because your bunk mate is getting in) It's a social hostel and close to the strip, but still quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Bathrooms were really clean and even had a rain shower. Kitchen is the best one I have seen in a hostel so far. Very spacious and well equiped. Even had an airfryer! Everybody was a little bit older. Lot's of people from 25-30, which is a nice change from some of the backpacker crowds.

Two girls in reception are very friendly and patient. They made my check in clear and easy. Sorry I’m too tired yesterday and forgot to asked names. The hostel close to main street. Bed is soft and I slept very well after a long day. Thank you for all:)

Just 5 minutes' walk from Airlie Beach, Nomads Backpackers Airlie Beach Backpackers Hostel is set amongst tropical native gardens. Guests enjoy a swimming pool and volleyball court. Location is right on the beach, the private room was perfect with a king sized bed, AC and a smart tv. The staff at the property are super friendly and very helpful when booking your boat trips, tours, taxis etc. We had a seamless experience checking in with a staff member, Teegan. We will definitely stay at nomads again.

The best hostel in the area, cosy and far from the party noise , the staff is super friendly and helpful . Everyone has their locker and enough storage room. Facilities are clean and well taken care of , I felt safe and looked after during my stay . And bonus for the lovely cuckatoos living around 👍🏽
