Great choice for a reasonably priced place to stay in Winnipeg. The location is very central. Walking distance to attractions and places to eat. The room was clean. Kitchen has a microwave and fridge if you want to save a little money on eating. I experienced no problems checking in. The staff member who checked me in was very professional and easy to deal with.
