Pretty much the ideal hostel experience. The rooms were nice, with comfortable mattresses, made bedding, and a sink and mirror in the room. A European and a Swiss style outlet at the bed, a good shelf, and an adjustable reading light. Tons of very nice common spaces, including a well-equipped and huge kitchen area. Breakfast was simple (bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juice) but high quality including locally baked fresh bread. The shower rooms were large and had lots of hooks and dry space to put your things. The staff were friendly and accommodating and everything was always clean. The building itself is cool too.

It was big portion for us, we ended up bring the leftover for lunch during the day.

Come to Balmers and stay in the oldest private hostel in Switzerland! Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. The vibe, the coziness of the place, and the people! The staff Ori and Luka were the best. It's very easy to meet people and make real connections there. Lots of fun activities organized to interact with the other guests. the place was also very clean and there's a big kitchen which makes it easy to cook instead of eating out.

The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. Everything! Staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Property and rooms were clean.

Very good location with public transport access to villages in the Jungfrau/Interlaken area. Beautiful scenery, walks etc nearby. Fantastic breakfast selection of breads, cheeses, meat and pastries taken at the hotel attached. Helpful staff. Free bus and train travel into Interlaken included (or a 45 minute walk via the Rugenbrau brewery, bar and restaurant)

The location is a little far away but the staff is very friendly and also every facility is available near the bed which is required for travel.

Offering a restaurant, a bar and a terrace where guests can dine during summer, Happy Inn Lodge is located in Interlaken’s centre. In winter, a shuttle service to the surrounding ski areas is... good location. near the interlaken west station, and there are many shops and restaurants around. the view from the room is also perfect. the staffs are friendly and helpful. room is generally quiet and warm.

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal. Great location and comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay at Aplodge.
