The customer service responded to any question. I left my language before the check in time with no extra charges, and they allowed me to check in before the time as well.

Loved it! Comfy beds and good breakfast. Amazing staff, both the woman who checked me in and the one running the place. It's located on the coziest little bar street in the old town, you have many options of food and drinks within 100 m. The hostel opened just a couple weeks before my arrival so of course everything was new and fresh but also so well looked after that I don't doubt it will look the same if I come back in a year. Thank you for a nice stay!

The best place I've ever stayed in the mountains, I arrived late as I got a little lost on my bike. The owner made me spaghetti bolognese after the kitchen had closed, I am really thankful for that after a hard day on the bike. The situation and setting of the place is incredible. Straight away you can walk up the mountains, bike or just relax. I wish I'd stayed there for longer. I actually had the dormitory to myself and he still made me breaking at 7-30 just me in the restaurant. Proper mountain breakfast and then a walk up to almost 3000m!

Nastanitev Grand Hotel du Cervin - Auberge de jeunesse et spa se nahaja v mestu Saint-Luc, 34 km od znamenitosti Golf igrišče Crans-sur-Sierre, in ponuja vrt, zasebno parkirišče, skupni prostor za... The recent refurbishment is classy and stylish. The pool is swanky with huge windows looking out over the mountains, ditto for the spa which is 13chf extra per day and worth a visit. Breakfast is ample with lots of choice. No complaints at all! Staff are nice too. I stayed in a mixed dormitory because the hotel was full so no female dorms were set up. The room was big. For a youth hostel it’s not cheap but what can I say, it is Switzerland so what can you do? It’s a 7 minute walk to the funicular which drops you into the ski resort. I loved the skiing. Lots of red runs and many drag lifts.

Nastanitev Cabane Bella-Tola se nahaja v mestu Saint-Luc in ima vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso ter bar. We had a fantastic stay at Cabane Bella-Tola. The location requires a bit of advanced planning (arriving to the Cabane skiing, with everything on a backpack), but once we were there, everything was perfect. Rooms, toilets and showers are very clean. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and there is a very good ambiance among all the different staff members. We have two vegetarian and one vegan in our family and the chef organized something special at each dinner. A special thanks to Mahrez, Noémie, Adrien and Dorian that took so well care about us.

Saas-Fee wellnesshostel4000 je svoja vrata odprl septembra 2014. Nahaja se v središču vasi Saas-Fee in ponuja notranji bazen s toboganom, otroški bazen, telovadnico ter wellness s savno, masažno kadjo... Location next to bus terminal Staff was very helpful Breakfast was varied and filling.
