The place is cozy and beautiful inside, very close to the bus station and to the city center. It is located in a very quiet area, although you can find anything you want around. The owner and the staff working are incredibly helpful and kind! They have also things that you can rent for your tours and hikes, in very good prices and quality. The beds in the dorm were very comfortable and met my expectations completely. Thank you for this great experience, I will definitely stay again in this hostel!

Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.

The bedrooms were comfy and cozy and the common area and kitchen were great. Loved that they had lockers to store our stuff on the W trek. Great location and easily walkable to restaurants stores and the grocery store.

Went the extra KM to make us comfortable with our baby. Very convenient to Bus Sur and to downtown. We had to leave early the next morning and they put breakfast out for us!
