The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable (there's no window but a roof skylight). Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Everything was clean. We were able to do laundry, which was a bonus.

Boasting a terrace, Hostal Boutique Factoria Patagonia offers accommodation in Puerto Natales, located 2.9 km from the bus station. EVERY SINGLE THING. This place was so much better than i anticipated. Very happy and man, the staff are really kind.

The staffs and owner are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us tipp for trekking and baked banana cakes for sharing :-) there is a cool boat table in the kitchen! We stay totally 3 nights, 2 nights in private room were very nice. 1 night in shared room, where the toilette/bathroom is upstairs and with lower ceiling, it was a little hard for me. The beds are all comfortable and hot shower water (very important after trekking) I would definitely recommend!
