Located in Palomino, 400 metres from Palomino Beach, Casa del Pavo Real Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. On our two-week vacation in Colombia, this was our favorite accommodation. The atmosphere and premises of Casa del Pavo Real are wonderful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the beds comfortable. Would come again any time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tiki Hut. Its location is just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Maria Mulata Palomino in Palomino provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, an ATM and currency exchange for guests. Rooms are far enough from the bar, staff is super nice and it’s such good value for money. You get a free drink when you arrive!

Set in Ríohacha, Sashii Hostel & Boutique. Features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Easy to get to central location. Everything was clean, the terrace and balconies were nice. Beds were comfortable.

Hostal La Media Luna Palomino is located among the scenic trees and plants of Palomino and only 1 km away from the nearest beach. The open-air hostel offers a shared lounge. The host was so kind and friendly! we both were ill when visiting and he made us special tea to help. Rooms were comfortable, with mosquito nets and hammocks outside. Pool area was stunning! loungers & lovely natural pool in nice gardens.

We loved our stay at HAKU - the hotel is pure bliss in the centre of Palomino. Perfect clean pool with sunbeds, beautiful gardens, spacious rooms which never get to hot due to a high speed fan and mosquito net which is perfect. Loved the outdoor shower. This place is paradise with a real boho vibe - fabulous cocktails and food served after 5pm too. The family run team are also very lovely and helpful!

Rancheria Utta has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and restaurant in Cabo de la Vela. Super quiet, very very friendly and helpful employees. Also they have good food and help you with transport. I really loved talking to Ana!

Hostel Laguna Salá By FSL has an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Ríohacha. I love all the amenities of this hostal. It is safe, in a very good location and the staff is incredible

Clean, comfortable, nice location off the main road, very friendly staff and free yoga classes (not sure if that’s an always thing or just while we were staying, but it was great!) Nice breakfast with some options for those of us who are tired of the usual eggs and arepas ;)
