I San Gil, 42 kilometer fra Chicamocha National Park, ligger La Hacienda, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. The owners Jane and Filipe together with the rest of the family (mom Janet, dogs) really make the place very special. They make you feel welcome, even before you arrive! Felt like home after a day of walking, rafting etc. The meals are yummie and a massage of mom Janet are also very much recommended.

Comfortable hostel, nice common areas inside and outside. Hammocks, hot tub. Large kitchen. I was happy in the large, comfortable 8-bed dorm. Hot showers.

We arrived early in the hostel ( around 9) we had a long nightbus and were very tired, the owner invited us to relax in the hamacs. A half houre later he told us he had a room free for us to sleep a bit, even when the check in was at 14h. He even gave us an upgraded room. This was excepcional. The hostel was soo beautifull full with exotic plants and orange tree. We could relax in the pool. The village was extraordinarly beautiful. Some say the most beautifull in Colombia, the experience was perfect. Thank you to Tinto hostal and its staff.

Jose is a great host, he makes sure you are having a good time and advise where to go, he knows the area pretty well. He will also help you out with the transportation in Guadalupe. The location is perfect, is close to everything and it is right in front of the main park. The hostal is cozy and clean! I fully recommend it!

Set in San Gil, Eco Hostel Oro de Gaque has a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi. Amazing place to stay away, guests were very nice and friendly.
