I decided to book this hostel because it looks neat, clean and location is in the center, near the Egyptian Museum. We stayed here only 2 nights, separately 1st and last night in Egypt. They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. They also offers laundry service in good price. Furthermore, you can book private trip through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Thanks to the owner Abdo, his brother and everyone else at the hostel - I had an amazing stay in Egypt.

The location of this guesthouse can’t be beat — 10 minute stroll to the Egyptian museum and the metro. The cousins who run this place are friendly and kind and make you feel at home. The common area is nicely arranged and guests seem to naturally congregate to mingle and share stories. The rooms are adequately furnished with comfortable beds and great bathroom. Super clean! Highly recommended!

Situated in Cairo, within less than 1 km of Tahrir Square and a 15-minute walk of The Egyptian Museum, Rivera Hostel provides accommodation with a shared lounge. Comfortable mattresses and the question is very wonderful and the reception is the best reception. It is really a wonderful, quiet and elegant place.
