This was the best hotel experience I had on my trip. You could feel the human attitude and care in everything. and everything was just very pleasant. We didn't see much of the surroundings because there was a lot of fog and our stay was relatively short, but we experienced a magical atmosphere. Breakfast made from local products and warm, home-baked bread. This is a family business and you can really feel the family in this place.

NOS ENCANTÓ!!! El lugar el increíble la atención 100/100 nos recibió un perrito llamado aska no pudimos hacer el tour en caballo porque era de 10 a 17 y solo pasamos la noche pero nos llevaron a hacernos fotos con los caballos y pudimos tocarlos tambien tienen un gatito kolur que quiere que lo toques, hemos dormido muy bien nos encantaria volver.

Tehúsið Hostel & Guesthouse tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Egilsstadir. todo muy limpio en general, con buenos servicios, lo recomiendo mucho.

Este albergue, situado en la localidad de Seydisfjördur, ofrece habitaciones con zona de estar, vistas al fiordo y WiFi gratuita. Está a solo 30 metros de la piscina de Seydisfjördur. Just the best choice in this area

Askja Hostel está en Modrudalur y tiene jardín, salón de uso común, bar y wifi gratis. El desayuno ofrece opciones inglesas/irlandesas, vegetarianas o sin gluten. Nos subieron de categoría porque había pocos huéspedes. La casita de madera tiene mucho encanto y no le falta de nada

Helgafell Hostel ofrece alojamiento en Djúpivogur. Este alojamiento ofrece cocina compartida y salón de uso común, además de wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El sitio donde se encuentra es muy tranquilo con unas vistas muy bonitas al campo. Otra de las cosas chulas es que tenía un futbolín ;)

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se encuentra en Seyðisfjörður, a 4,1 km de Gufu Waterfall, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y zona de barbacoa. This isn’t something I usually notice but the hostel was very well structured. The layout was very convenient and comfortable (showers were separated nicely with lots of space, lots of space for luggage in the rooms and under the bed, head space on top bunks etc) and there were outlets and usb ports in each bunk. The entire building had such a comfortable, welcoming vibe, not to mention it was very aesthetic and had an incredible view of the mountains and ocean. Nicely designed with a funky color palette and lots of decor. It was a 14 minute walk to the town centre but it had guides, maps, board games, and books all in the hostel. The kitchen was clean and had all the utilities organized and sanitized nicely. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and even helped me set up a ride to the airport. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The staff is very accommodating; we arrived after the check-in time had ended but because we called earlier the staff stayed behind to greet us and give us the key with instructions. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean.
