Staff was very friendly. Nice and tidy kitchen, common room and bathrooms. The room itself was also very comfortable. Not very soundproof but didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay again!

The property is only a short walk from many bars and restaurants in Queenstown. We have a variety of budget accommodation options including king-single and queen pods, plus a few private rooms for couples. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities, with multiple facilities located on each floor. Everything was great, the facilities, beds. Staff, etc. The kitchen and common space were spacious and didn't feel crowded as they do in many other hostels. The location and views were fantastic.

Beautiful view of the lake from the Queen ensuite bedroom. You are right amoungst it, Restaurants, pub , shops and a park are on your doorstep. Will stay again.

Kitchen is nice and updated but a bit small and can get crowded at peak times. Complimentary oil, coffee, tea etc are great touches. They have a sign up sheet for getting rides and have the number of a shuttle to take you to Roys Peak at sunrise or morning that we just booked the day before. 5 mins to grocery store and right across the street from lots of food options.
