Thank you for everything! Unfortunately i missed my chance to extend the stay (as there were no vacant places at the next day). So, the next time I will do this in advance :) Could recommend this place (again: book your stay in advance!)

I had the pleasure of staying at the Wild Monkey Hostel for 3 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The service is truly world-class, and the staff are some of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve encountered in any hostel or hotel. The rooms are spotless, super clean, and have a sleek, modern design that made my stay very comfortable. However, while the rooms are fantastic, the AC was a bit noisy, and on the 2nd and 3rd days, it started leaking water. Initially, I was considering giving the hostel 4 stars because of this issue, but the exceptional customer service completely turned my experience around. A special shoutout to the staff who went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my shoes at the hostel on my way to Oslob. I contacted them to explain my situation, and they kindly arranged for a driver to deliver my shoes to me the very next day—right at the whale shark spot! This act of kindness and their willingness to go out of their way to assist me was absolutely heartwarming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The Wild Monkey Hostel deserves a 10/5 for their incredible service and the wonderful staff who made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing experience—I can’t recommend this place enough! 🙌🐒

Felt very homey and unique! Nicest staff out of any hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Felt like one big happy family. The family dinner was amazing and so yummy.

One of the most luxurious hostels I stayed in - definitely was not expecting this level of care and attention to detail! Everything is meticulously clean comfortable, and dorms are fully equipped with AC, large lockers, curtains, plug sockets, reading light and they even provide you with slippers! The free coffee voucher for the coffee shop next door, as well as the complimentary lemonade on arrival really made this a 5-star stay. Not to mention the discount on massages!

Really nice dorms for couples (or not :) with good big bed, air conditioning and nice bathroom. The owners are really nice and every Friday they have a free boodlefight (a Filipino style feast) which was amazing and sooo tasty

Quiet and great location near many restaurants and the sardine run. Remy was lovely and super helpful. I rented snorkel gear from her and she was happy to organise canyoneering for me even though I had messaged at night. The dorm was comfortable and clean and lockers are available to use.

MOMO Hostel di Moalboal menyediakan penginapan dewasa-saja dengan taman, teres dan bar. Terletak lebih kurang 26km dari Air Terjun Kawasan, asrama ini juga dalam jarak 26km dari Santo Nino Church. The place is peaceful and they helped us rent a motorbike. The staff is very accommodating as well the the owner. We also found new friends from other countries. We were the only Filipinos who stayed here but we didn’t feel left out. Other guests are friendly too.

Very nice place with the positive vibe. Designed with style, food is delicious and staff is very helpful. They arranged canyoneering tour and private transfer directly from the airport, very comfortable place. Highly recommend!

Stayed in a private room. Great aircon, fast wifi. One of the more comfortable rooms I had in the Philippines. Market close by and a good Japanese restaurant.
