I just liked the design, the quietness, the view and the staff. I want to open a hostel as well, and this hostel lives up to price vs quality vs design vs staff. I'm rating this hostel higher because no other competition is available. It's close to the beach, there are good local restaurants and you can rent a scooter etc. This hostel could be one of the best in Siargao. I tried different hostel around cloud 9, not impressed.

Situato a Davao, a 1,6 km da SM City Davao e 2,9 km da People's Park, Dormitory near SM and S and R prevede una sala comune e anche un parcheggio privato gratuito per chi viaggia in auto. It’s very clean. The linen and towels all smelled freshly laundered. There was no musty smell. The hallway and room was neat and tidy. My mom was with me so the elevator was very convenient. It is along the hi-way and in a gated building with security guard, so it is safe. It is about 5 minutes by taxi to SM City Ecoland. Strong internet connection, too. Best of all are the staff/owner - they’re very kind, accommodating, and polite (salamat po ng marami, maam and sir. God bless you po.)

Whether for a short or long stay - Casavia is a really great hostel with the best staff (especially the receptionist)! There was always someone cleaning, improving, helping or cooking. There is a great range of social activities, but in a pleasant amount so that you also have enough space to retreat and relax. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the common area is cozy and large, you can work and do yoga in peace. I will definitely be back!

Tutto perfetto, consiglio vivamente questo ostello a chi vuole vivere una esperienza unica a siargao tra surf, risate, relax e divertimento…. family dinner consigliatissima, il cibo era buonissimo. Posizione ottima. Grazie di tutto.

Ostello molto bello e collocato in una posizione comoda, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal cloud 9. La camera privata era fantastica e molto cozy ed l’unico posto che abbiamo trovato con la doccia calda nel nostro mese nelle Filippine. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti con ogni tua richiesta.

The location is the best, the rooms are so nice and you have so much privacy and space. The washrooms are also nice and showers have great water pressure. Most importantly, the staff are the very best ever. They are so caring and will go to extreme lengths to ensure their guests are taken care of.
