Riu del Mar Hostel is situated in Dauis, 5.8 km from Hinagdanan Cave and 40 km from Tarsier Conservation Area. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. I really enjoyed my stay here : the room was really nice, the view beautiful, the breakfast delicious (with fresh fruits!) and the staff very helpfull.

Staff were fantastic - friendly and super eager to help with any questions or needs we had. Very grateful for them as they made our holiday very pleasant with easily rented motorbike and tours. Property was clean, air conditioning was strong, shower water pressure was good, shower was heated and good, provided towels and amenity kit, even has a mini fridge. There was a nice garden right outside with many different plants to admire. When we were there we pat and carried two very cute dogs at the reception too :)

Made me stay one week eventually 😊 The staff are amazing, very welcoming and helping when needed. The Friday family dinner is very good as well! This place is very chill, and good for relaxing. Far from the touristic area. It's a very good place for it's value.

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious, beds were comfy, terrace was an added bonus. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful, Mitch is an angel. Can also rent a motor bike from them.

This is a rare gem among low-budget accommodations in the Philippines. Not only is it clean, but you can really tell that the owner put thought into what amenities to include. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and there is good food to eat as well as pool, darts, and other entertainment options.
