Das Haus mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse ist mit 4 Separaten Zimmern ausgestattet . Im Haus haben sie eine eigene Garage, Extra WC, Extra, Badezimmer mit eigener Dusche und eine Großzügige Voll Ausgestatte Küche mit Essbereich.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Gegend im Bezirk Floridsdorf (1210 Wien). Das Objekt befindet sich nur zwei Gehminuten von den Stationen der Straßenbahnlinien 25 und 26, mit denen man die U1 sowie die S-Bahnen S1, S3 und S4 erreicht und ist damit gut angebunden. Der Bahnhof Wien Floridsdorf liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Mühlschüttel Park an der Alten Donau, mehrere Spielplätze und der Floridsdorfer Spitz mit Einkaufsund Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung.
