Directly on the ski slope "Astberg", just 50 m from the ski school, ski in - ski out location. You can rent the half house for your own. You have 2 sleeping rooms, two bath rooms, a private sauna area, a wonderful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a pation with a scenic flair and fantastic view to the "Wilder Kaiser" and environment. The fireplace provides a romantic flair in the evening, facing the highlighted ski slope. The house has been built with all our efforts and ideas, using natural materials from mainly our region. You can watch the sunset on your private terrace, relax in your sauna with an awesome view to the alpes and nature. You experience a very special place with a very special atmosphere in a very quiet, but also central location. The ski slope is directly in front of the door, the golf course in Ellmau reachable in 5 min by car and the next supermarkets are reachable in a few minutes by car. You have the "Astberg" chair lift in front of the house, walking distance 5 minutes. You will find this wonderful alpine Chalet in the middle of the nature.
