Property information

This semi-detached luxury chalet with modern architecture is located 915 meters above sea level and was completed in 2021. On 240m² of living space are 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a spa area. The large window fronts offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The nearest ski lift is within walking distance. During the summer many hiking, biking and climbing trails in the immediate vicinity offer a pleasant variety of activities. On the first floor is the open living/dining area with an elegant kitchen including a cooking island and appliances from Miele. A fireplace sets a cozy vibe on cooler days and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Large sliding doors allow access to the sunny terrace with southwest exposure, which invites you to dine and relax during summer months . Upstairs there are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms each. Two of the bedrooms have panoramic views of the mountainous landscape. In the basement is the private ski cellar and the wellness room with a private sauna.
