The amounts are as follows: AUD 100 for one-bedroom apartments, AUD 200 for two-bedroom apartments, AUD 300 for three-bedroom apartments, AUD 500 for sub-penthouse apartments, six-bedroom penthouse.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Between the dates of 16 November 2024 to 01 December 2024; all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property.
