This home combines a prime location with a welcoming atmosphere. This charming and cozy residence is ideally located in a vibrant community, offering convenience and comfort with its proximity to U of A, Southgate mall, Whyte Ave, Whitemud etc., convenient access to public transportation, and suitable for U of A undergrad or postgrad students or U of A guests. The quiet surroundings provide an ideal environment for focused study sessions, while the nearby amenities offer a perfect balance for work and play. This is a two bedroom apartment, as a guest, you can expect to book either room individually (private rooms in shared unit) or you might want to book the whole apartment for your self, each listing specifies exactly what you will get depending on your budget.
I love creating unique spaces for where guests can feel at home. Personally, I am a financial specialist, I love learning and helping people become their best.
The neighborhood is quiet and suitable for retreat, study or work. It is surrounded by closeby rich neighborhoods. One of the cool things about the community is its proximity to the University of Alberta and well known shopping centers. Transportation and access is organized, so it is easy to move around. Downtown is approx. 3.2km away. Tennis court, schools, massage centers and various lifestyle amenities are in the neighborhood or within easy reach.
